Yes, If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can send all full priced items back to us within 14 days of you receiving your order, for an exchange or full refund (excluding P+P). If you have purchased a reduced item, please read the section below on Sale Goods. Please note that after 14 days you will be offered a credit note and after 30 days we are unable to exchange or refund. How do I return my order? All items sent back to us must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION i.e. NOT WORN, ALTERED or WASHED. Your return should be packaged with suitable packaging material. Please do not use tape on shoe boxes as this damages the packaging and may lead to disappointment to the final customer. To return or exchange an item, you will need to enclose a form.
