Thank you. The following does not affect your statutory rights. Teddywear trades in accordance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334). The Regulations provide a cooling off period and an unconditional right to cancel during that period. The cooling off period starts the day after receipt of goods for seven working days. Order should be cancelled in writing (by email, fax or by post). The regulations specify that you should do this before returning the item(s). If you have received an item and it is unsuitable it may be returned, unused and in original condition, for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges). We are also happy to make exchanges provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. Re-shipping charges may apply in the case of exchanges. Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchasers credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct postage is paid on Returns. If you decide to cancel then you will have to return the goods unworn, in a timely manner as detailed below, and with all the original labels intact. You have a "duty of care" over the garments until they are returned to us, you will also have to pay the costs of returning the goods to us and to take reasonable care to see they are received by us as we do not refund until the goods reach us safely. If you cancel within the period given above then we will credit your credit/debit card within 28 days of the goods being received in the condition stated above. You will be notified when your return have been received by email and you will receive a further email when your refund has been processed. A polite request to customers: Please fold the garments carefully and do not try to squeeze them into too small a package/envelope. Please do not use sticky tape to attach messages/invoices to our shoes boxes if returning them as all our products are brand new and sold as such and if packaging is damaged this reflects on us and can cause disappointment. Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted. For goods cancelled/returned after the cooling off period the following will apply:- Goods returned 10 to 14 days 20% restocking/handling fee. Goods returned 14 to 28 days 50% restocking/handling fee. After 28 days no credit will be given. Goods must be returned back in the condition they were sent.
