The affiliate is solely responsible for insuring that their affiliate link is set up properly to qualify for commissions. These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement (including, but not limited to, commission rates) may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. This agreement remains in affect until cancelled by either party. Commissions earned through the date of expiration or cancellation of this agreement will remain payable only if the qualifying sales are not cancelled or refunded by the referred customers. Payment of the final commission payment to the affiliate may be withheld for a reasonable time in order to ensure that the correct amount is paid. Payment for referrals will be made at the rate of 10% on all final sales that are directly attributable to the affiliate member. A final sale is one where Teddywear have received cleared payment and a period of 14 days has elapsed since dispatch without the item(s) being returned. Commission payments will be initiated on, or around the 1st of each month for the commissions earned during the previous calendar month. We reserve the right to alter the commission rate at any time we will give you as much notice of any such change as possible. Payments will be made via one the following methods: Directly into any UK bank or payment into a Paypal account. We reserve the right to add or remove payment options. When a web surfer clicks through the affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains the affiliates username. Their IP address is also tracked in the database along with the affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through the affiliate link may make a purchase later in time (up to 14 days) and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database. To protect Teddywears customers privacy, we cannot provide identifying customer names and contact information to you. However, we will provide an online sales report detailing price, service, and date of sale for your records. The affiliate shall not misrepresent Teddywears products. The affiliates account will be terminated with a cancellation of all pending commissions if the affiliate sends unsolicited mail or SPAM mail to promote any of Teddywears products.
